This Return Policy applies to purchases made through 8416826 Canada Ltd. O/A Beauty Canada (“we,” “our,” or “us”). We aim to ensure our customers are satisfied with their professional beauty products while maintaining the integrity and resale condition of the items we sell.

1. General Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in re-sellable condition;
  • The item should be unused, unopened, and in original packaging where applicable; and
  • The return must be requested and processed within 90 days of the original purchase date.

The customer must provide the original invoice or receipt. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

Defective product concerns will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We may:

  • Inspect the product;
  • Request photos or additional details; and
  • Determine whether the issue falls under warranty or manufacturer defect.

Products found to be misused, damaged through improper handling, or altered are not eligible for replacement or refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Discontinued items;
  • Clearance or sale items;
  • Products not in re-sellable condition;
  • Items without an invoice or proof of purchase; and
  • Items past 90 days from the purchase date.

Some hygiene-sensitive products may also be final sale where indicated.

4. Returns on Shipped Orders

If an item was shipped to you, return freight charges may apply. Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable unless required by law.

We recommend ensuring products are packaged securely for return transit. We are not responsible for damage that occurs during return shipping.

5. Refund Method

Approved returns will be refunded to the same method of payment used for the original purchase, where possible.

If a refund cannot be processed to the original card or method (for example, due to an expired card or processor limitations), we may issue:

  • Store credit; or
  • A refund using an alternative method,

at our discretion. Refunds will not exceed the original purchase price.

6. Proof of Purchase Requirement

All returns must include the original invoice or verifiable proof of purchase. Returns without proof of purchase may be refused.

7. Case-By-Case Review

We reserve the right to approve or deny returns at our discretion in circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • Excessive return frequency;
  • Abuse of the return policy; or
  • Fraud concerns.

Our goal is always to be fair while protecting product safety and resale standards.
