Warranty Policy — 8416826 Canada Ltd. O/A Beauty Canada

This Warranty Policy applies to all eligible electronic products sold by 8416826 Canada Ltd. O/A Beauty Canada (“we,” “our,” or “us”). We stand behind the quality of the professional tools and equipment we sell and aim to ensure that our customers can purchase with confidence.

1. Warranty Coverage Period

a) Electronics valued at $100 CAD or more

Electronics with a retail value of $100 CAD or greater are warrantied for 6 months from the original date of purchase.

b) Electronics valued under $100 CAD

Electronics with a retail value of less than $100 CAD are warrantied for 3 months from the original date of purchase.

Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended professional use.

This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, modification, improper storage, liquid exposure, accidental damage, drops, wear-and-tear, or use contrary to manufacturer instructions.

2. Proof of Purchase Requirement

To make a warranty claim, the customer must provide:

  • A valid invoice or receipt; and
  • An original sale date that falls within the applicable warranty period.

Claims submitted without proof of purchase, or outside the warranty timeframe, may be denied.

3. Repair, Replacement, or Refund

If a product is deemed defective under warranty, we may, at our discretion:

  • Repair the product;
  • Replace it with the same or a product of equivalent or similar specifications; or
  • Provide a refund of the purchase price.

If the original product is discontinued or unavailable, we may supply a replacement of similar performance and specification.

We reserve the right to issue a refund instead of repair or replacement. Refunds will not exceed the original purchase price.

4. Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Non-electronic products;
  • Consumables and accessories (such as blades, cords, brushes, etc.);
  • Clearance or final-sale merchandise where noted;
  • Products damaged through improper use, wear, abuse, or neglect;
  • Products modified, altered, or repaired by third parties; or
  • Products resold or distributed without our authorization.

5. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us with the following information:

  • Product name and model (if applicable);
  • Description of the issue; and
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) showing the sale date.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including but not limited to lost profits, downtime, or loss of use.

This warranty provides specific legal rights. You may have additional rights under applicable provincial or federal laws.
