This Shipping Policy applies to all online and phone orders placed with 8416826 Canada Ltd. O/A Beauty Canada (“we,” “our,” or “us”). Our goal is to ship orders quickly, accurately, and safely so you can receive your professional beauty supplies with minimal delay.
1. Free Shipping Threshold
We offer free shipping on orders over $200 CAD (pre-tax) within eligible service areas in Canada.
Free shipping does not apply to the following:
- Zero-margin or special-priced items
- Furniture and large equipment
- Flammable goods
- Certain liquids
- PO boxes
- Remote, rural, or difficult-to-deliver locations
- Oversized or heavy shipments
If your order includes any of the above, additional shipping charges may apply. If applicable, we will contact you before processing your order.
2. Shipping Rate for Orders Under $200
Orders under $200 CAD (pre-tax) are subject to a flat $15 CAD shipping fee within eligible delivery areas in Canada.
3. Minimum Order Value for Shipping
Orders under $30 CAD (pre-tax) may not be processed for shipping and may be cancelled or redirected for in-store pickup at our discretion.
4. Delivery Times
Most orders are shipped within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery timelines vary by location, carrier, and inventory availability. We do not guarantee delivery dates.
5. Damaged Shipments & Claims
All shipments are carefully packaged before leaving our warehouse. However, damage may occur during transit.
- Any shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
- Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
- Photos and documentation may be required.
We are not responsible for damage, delays, or loss caused by the carrier, weather, or transportation issues outside our control.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate. Additional charges may apply for:
- Address corrections
- Re-delivery
- Returned shipments
7. Delivery Areas
Shipping availability may vary depending on region and carrier access. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel shipments that cannot be delivered safely or economically.
8. Order Processing & Fraud Prevention
Orders may be subject to verification prior to shipping. We reserve the right to cancel or hold orders pending review.
